Dr Jeremy Reader Update: More than 80 people scarred

Acorn Lawyers director and personal injury Accredited Specialist James Govan and long-time friend of the firm, Janelle Trigg, were interviewed on ABC Illawarra radio 19th September, regarding the ongoing 'class action' against suspended Illawarra skin cancer General Practitioner, Dr Jeremy Reader.

The media have been following the story for years and the ABC's morning presenter, Melinda James, wanted an up-date on the status of the claims some 18 months or so following the judgment in the HCCC prosecution of Dr Reader which was handed down in December 2016, which we have previously discussed on our web-page.

James and Janelle were pleased to advise Melinda that the 'class' had now grown to more than 80 members, including 28 settled claims, 20 or so currently in litigation & the remainder still in the investigation stage
