Ash frequently acts for landowners, property developers, builders and investors advising them on land acquisition, sale, purchase and property development.
Ash is passionate about helping individuals advising them on, simple to not so simple wills such as testamentary trust wills, mutual wills, and other estate planning documents and all aspects of wills disputes including challenging and defending wills in the Supreme Court of NSW. Ash also leads a very busy probate and letters of administration team at Acorn Lawyers.
Having advised clients on various aspects of trade marks and other intellectual property matters at the highest levels internationally, intellectual property remains of special interest to Ash.
Ash has vast experience in advising clients in the healthcare industry including specialist and general medical practices, dental, optometry practices and health professionals in NSW and other states. Ash is a founding director of a private hospital in NSW.
Ash has a keen interest in supporting community. Acorn Lawyers provides various scholarships at local schools and a university, sponsors several charity events and donates to several organisations every year. In addition, Ash regularly provides pro-bono legal advice to individuals and a number of Not For Profit organisations across the country.
Ash is a director of Hindu Council of Australia. He has held several prestigious senior positions in various organisations including being a director of, Wollongong Conservatorium of Music and a temple in Sydney.
In the early years of his career, Ash worked as an in-house corporate lawyer for leading multinational companies at Ahmedabad, India.
